Q: How do I upload a photo?
On the "create" screen, select the photo you want to replace. When you do, the photo editing tools will appear on the right. Select the "Replace photo with my own" button on the lower right. That will open a pop-up window with a "browse" button that will give you access to your hard drive to find the photo you want to use. Then click "Upload photo". The uploading process shouldn't take more than a few seconds on fast connections and a few minutes on slower connections.
Q: How do I upload multiple photos?
When you upload a photo into your brochure or flyer you are inserting it into a specific "photo slot" in the layout. Because of this, you can only upload one photo at a time.

Q: My uploaded photo(s) does not appear on screen.
We have several suggestions for this bug. The first is to be sure you have the latest version of the Flash plugin installed. Sometime with older plugins there are problems on certain systems. The second is to avoid using My Brochure Maker with older versions of the Mac operating system (OS 9 and before). Also, you may find simply restarting your computer helps. Sometimes this is simply a memory issue. And finally, try uploading a different photo from a different source to see if you can get any digital photos to upload. That may help track down the problem.
If you still experience problems, please let us know through the help form and then after doing that, send the image (or images) you were trying to upload to us for testing. Send them to: help@doodlelab.com
Q: When I click on "Upload Your Photo" nothing happens.
It may appear that nothing is happening but the photo is probably uploading. The browser doesn't always give a much indication and on a slower connection to the internet it may seem to take even longer. One way to know is to look at the "status bar" of your browser. This is the area across the bottom of the browser window (the pop-up window in this case), most browsers will show a progress bar to indicate activity.

Q: Only a part of my uploaded photo fits in the photo slot.
The photo slots are not resizable. But your photo is. Please use the photo editing tools that appear on the right side of the window when you select a photo.
